Ingredients

  • Maida / All purpose flour - 1 cup (75 grams)
  • Sugar - 5 to 6 spoons (40 grams)
  • Banana - 1 small banana
  • Water - 100 ml (or) as required
  • Oil - For deep frying
  • Extras you may need
  • Heart shaped cookie cutter (no plastics)
  • PREPARATION METHOD
  • To make the batter, take a bowl add maida, sugar, banana and mix well with your fingers first. (Mash the banana well with your fingers)
