Sweet And Sour Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs. grnd meat 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 lg. onion, minced 1/2 c. bread crumbs

12 ounce chili sauce 10 ounce grape jelly 3 T lemon juice

Directions

1. Mix above together and shape into tiny meatballs. Brown gently in skillet.
2. Simmer these three ingredients till thoroughly blended. Add in meatballs and cook on low heat for 15 min. Keep at low heat for buffet serving. Can do this in crock pot. The same sauce can be used to make Sweet and Sour Cocktail Smokies. I use 3 lb cocktail smokies.
