- Nuggets:
- 2 tablespoons expeller-pressed coconut oil
- 1/4 cup tapioca or arrowroot starch
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Slurry:
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot starch
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- Garnishes:
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
