This is my kind of recipe. It is easy yet tasty. I used halibut, but you may also use chicken. Chicken will have to be baked longer than 20 minutes.

Directions

  1. Combine coconut milk, fish sauce, black pepper, minced garlic and salt (optional).
  2. Marinate fish in sauce for 1 hour.
  3. Bake, 350 for 20 -25 mins.
  4. Garnish with cilantro.
