- Preheat oven to 375F. Grease and lightly flour two 8" round pans. In a large bowl, combine Basic Cake Mix and lowfat milk. Beat at medium speed 2 min. Scrape bowl and beaters. Add in Large eggs and vanilla. Beat 2 more min. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 25 to 30 min, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pans 10 min, then cold on wire racks. Frost as desired.
