Directions
- 1. Chill carrots and watermelon
- 2. clean carrots and quarter into 2inch strips
- 3. remove watermelon rind, and cut into similar sized strips.
- 4. sqeeze a little lime over all
- 5. Crack pepper over all, coarsely
- 6. place in chilled bowl
