Directions

  1. 1. Chill carrots and watermelon
  2. 2. clean carrots and quarter into 2inch strips
  3. 3. remove watermelon rind, and cut into similar sized strips.
  4. 4. sqeeze a little lime over all
  5. 5. Crack pepper over all, coarsely
  6. 6. place in chilled bowl
