Ingredients

3 large eggs
1 c. natural applesauce
1 T chocolate extract
1 T butter flavoring
4 packages. lite warm chocolate mix
1 c. oat bran
1 c. oat flour
1 teaspoon baking pwdr

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in bowl by hand with a fork. Let mix stand in bowl for 5 - 10 min. Spray baking dish with lite cooking spray. Pour mix into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min or possibly till done. Don't overbake or possibly it will become too dry. Keep cake refrigerated.
