  1. Hollow out peppers, cut off tops for stuffing. Saute/fry onions and garlic. Add in grnd beef; cook and drain, do not lose the onions and garlic.
  2. Add in cream cheese to skillet and stir. When all is combined, stuff into peppers.
  3. Sprinkle sharp cheese on top.
  4. Place in a preheated 350
