stuffed pastry Recipe
These can be stuffed with cheese, meat or potatoes... Sometimes I stuff them with whatever is left over from dinner.

Directions
- Place the sugar warm water and yeast together and cover for ten minutes.
- Mix all other ingredients together then add yeast when ready. Knead and mix well.
- Take a ball of dough roll with both hands and flatten in the palm of your hand then add filling.
- Bring the ends together pinch to close.
- Place the pinched side down on a pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 375° until golden.
- As an option you can top with egg wash and sesame seeds as shown.
