  • 10-12 okra (bhindi)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • For the stuffing:
  • 1 cup paneer (indian cottage cheese), grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • For the gravy:
  • 1 onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
