Directions

  1. Heat water and butter to boil; stir in flour. Stir over low heat till ball forms. Remove and add in large eggs; beat till smooth. Drop by tbsp in a circle on pizza pan which has been greased and lightly floured. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 min. Let cool. Slice off top of entire circle. Add in lowfat milk to vanilla instant pudding and beat well. Add in lowfat sour cream and almond extract to the pudding. Spoon 1/2 of filling on bottom half of puff. Put the top of the puff back on. Put rest of filling on top of puff ring. Top with a can of cherry pie filling.
