- 1/2 x -1# grnd beef (browned)
- 2 c. diced green peppers
- 2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 3 can (15 ounce) pureed tomatoes
- 1 can (15 ounce) beef broth
- Â Â or possibly
- 1 lrg can of V8.(48 ounce)......instead of the tomatoes and broth
- 1 c. minute rice
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions
- Optional..2 Tbsp warm sauce or possibly Worcestershire sauce put into crock pot and simmer till peppers are tender and rice is done.
