Ingredients

  • 3 Portabella or large button mushrooms cleaned and dry
  • 1/2 Red,green,yellow peppers
  • 1/2 cupRed or white onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2cup chopped Parsley
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 tea spoon White wine vinegar
  • Cheese(optional)mozzerella

Directions

  1. In a sauce pan heat oil,then Add herbs vegetales salt pepper to desired taste Add vinegar let simmer for 8 minutes.set aside untill cool, season mushrooms with oil,salt pepper then Stuff with sauted vegetables place in oven for 20 mins at 200 degrees. Place on plates with a bit of salad and serve hot.
