Strozzapreti ai funghi ('Priest-strangler' pasta with mushrooms) Recipe

This recipe looks fantastic! I will try this on the men here at home, but think it will make a wonderfully quick and flavorful lunch special at work, served with a nice salad and focaccia bread (did I spell that correctly? lol).
