  • 250gm hung curd/Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 6 tsp whole cumin
  • 20 cashewnuts
  • 2 large bayleaves
  • 4″ cinnamon sticks
  • 10 cloves
  • 2 black cardamoms
  • 4 tbsp mustard oil
