Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. veg. oil (vegetable)
- 2 T lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. 10X sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 4 c. (1 pound 13 ounce) liquid removed peaches
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 c. softened butter
- Blueberries or possibly strawberries
Directions
- Put together crust ingredients in order listed to create soft dough. Press into 9" pie pan.Put together filling in bowl; mix well. Spoon filling into an unbaked pie shell. Put together Streusel to a crumb mix, spoon over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 min. Other fruit can be used.
