Ingredients
- Â Â Vegetable cooking spray 2 3-second sprays)
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Light tub margarine
- 3/4 c. White flour
- 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1Â 1/4 c. Uncooked rolled oats
- 3/4 c. Sugar-free preserves, at room temperature
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a 13x9x2-inch pan with vegetable cooking spray.
- In large bowl, beat brown sugar and margarine till light and fluffy. Add in flours and oats to sugar-margarine mix; mix at low speed till crumbly.
- Reserve 1 c. for topping: press remaining crumb mix in bottom of prepared pan. Spread with preserves. Top with remaining crumb mix. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 18-25 min or possibly till light golden. Cold Completely.
- Makes 16 bars.
