Ingredients
- 1 c. sliced fresh strawberries (to equal 1/2 c. puree) plus
- 4 x strawberries for garnish
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1Â 1/2 c. fat-free lowfat milk
- 1 x 3.4 ounce package white chocolate instant pudding mix (non-fat)
- 1 x pressurized can of light whipped cream
Directions
- Puree the strawberries and sugar in a blender till smooth. Set aside. Combine the pudding mix and lowfat milk in a bowl and mix for two min. Let stand for 2 min. Pour 1/2 of pureed strawberries into 4 c.. Layer with the pudding and remaining puree. Refrigeratetill hard. Garnish with a small squirt of whipped cream and a strawberry.
- Makes four 1/2 c. servings. 150 calories, 1 gram fat, 1 gram saturated fat
- Variations: Use fresh cherries and chocolate instant pudding mix or possibly fresh peaches and vanilla pudding mix
