Directions

  1. Halve the strawberries and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with the sugar and pour over the liquer, then leave to soak for 30 min.
  2. Set aside some of the strawberries for decoration. Whip the cream till it holds its shape the carefully mix in the strawberries and their juice.
  3. Spoon the cream mix into the easter egg halves and decorate with the reserved strawberries and strawberry or possibly mint leaves.
