Ingredients
- 8 ounce Strawberries
- 1 Tbsp. Icing Sugar, Sifted
- 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or possibly Cointreau
- 1/2 pt Double Cream
- 2 med Sized Dar Chocolate Easter Large eggs
- Â Â Strawberry or possibly Mint leaves
Directions
- Halve the strawberries and place in a bowl. Sprinkle with the sugar and pour over the liquer, then leave to soak for 30 min.
- Set aside some of the strawberries for decoration. Whip the cream till it holds its shape the carefully mix in the strawberries and their juice.
- Spoon the cream mix into the easter egg halves and decorate with the reserved strawberries and strawberry or possibly mint leaves.
