Ingredients
- 6 x Biscuits, (raw - any pre-made dough will work)
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 2 pt Strawberry ice cream
- 18 ounce Frzn strawberries in syrup
- 12 ounce Sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 c. Whipped cream
- 6 whl strawberries, fanned, with stem removed
Directions
- Lay biscuits out on a sheet pan. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven till golden. Remove from oven and cold.
- When cold split with fork and lay out flat. Add in generous scoop of ice cream, 3 ounce. frzn strawberries, 2 ounce.sliced fresh strawberries. Add in a dollop of whipped cream. Top with strawberry fan. ENJOY!
