  • 1 x graham cracker piecrust
  • 4 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 ounce frzn non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 pt fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. strawberry glaze

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese till smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Add in lowfat sour cream and vanilla. Mix in whipped topping.
  2. Spread thin layer of glaze over bottom of crust. Place strawberry slices on glaze and cover with remaining glaze. Gently spoon cream cheese mix over glazed berries.
  3. Cover with inverted dome and refrigeratetill set; at least four hrs. Store in fridge.
