Strawberry Banana Sorbet
- Yield: 2 cups-4 servings
- Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups sliced frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 bananas-sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice-about 1 1/2 lemons
- 1/3 cup agave syrup
Directions:
Place all items in a blender. Blend until smooth, but don't over blend, you still want the berries to be a bit frozen. Transfer to a lidded container and freeze until firm. Set out to thaw for about 10 minutes before serving
