Ingredients
- 2 (3 ounce) packages. cream cheese, room temp.
- 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 T Grand Marnier or possibly other orange liqueur
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 4 c. lg. strawberries, preferably with stems
Directions
- In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese till light. Gradually beat in evaporated lowfat milk, egg yolks and Grand Marnier till smooth. Stir in orange peel. Serve immediately or possibly chill till needed. Remove from refrigerator about 1 hour before serving. Serve with strawberries for dipping. Makes about 6 servings.
