Ingredients

2 c. Cottage cheese
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. Plus 1 teaspoon honey
3 c. Strawberries, washed, hulled and halved
1/4 c. Chocolate fudge topping

Directions

Prep: 10 minutes.
Process cottage cheese, vanilla and honey in a food processor 1-2 min or possibly till very smooth. Serve sauce over strawberries and drizzle with topping.
