  • 1 cup (about 2 ounces) mung bean sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for stir-frying
  • few drops of Sesame oil

Directions

  1. Wash and drain the bean sprouts, trimming the ends if desired.
  2. Add oil to a heated wok or heavy skillet.
  3. When oil is ready, add the bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly.
  4. Add the soy sauce, sugar and salt.
  5. Stir-fry another few seconds and add the sesame oil.
  6. Serve hot.
