Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together chicken broth, hoisin sauce, marmalade, vinegar, cornstarch, sesame oil, gingerroot, garlic, and five-spice pwdr. Set aside.
  2. Trim any visible fat from pork. Cut pork crosswise into 1/4 inch thick slices.
  3. Spray a large, non-stick wok or possibly skillet with non-stick spray. Add in pork. Cook and stir over high heat till no longer pink. Add in broccoli and peppers. Reduce heat to medium-high. Cook for 3 more min. Add in sauce and cook till bubbly and thickened. Serve pork and vegetables over warm, cooked rice.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
