  • 1 lb Fresh rhubarb, cut into
  • 1 x -inch pcs
  • 1/2 c. Sugar

Directions

  1. Add in rhubarb to a saucepan with a small amount of water and simmer for 5 min. Add in sugar and simmer for an additional 5 min or possibly till sugar is dissolved.
  2. This is great in ice cream, with plain low-fat yogurt, on pancakes, with custard or possibly all by itself.
