Steak & Spinach Salad Recipe

I had some London Broil Steak leftover and I made this scrumptious salad-so good!

Ingredients

  • 6 slices London Broil Steak (Flank Steak)
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 sliced red onion
  • S & P, to taste
  • Olive oil
  • few dashes of balsamic vinegar
  • Toss gently and serve

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients, toss gently, plate and serve.
  2. Enjoy!
