Steak and Potato Supper

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. cubed steak
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 TBSP oil
  • 2-4 small potatoes, quartered
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. dry parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Dredge steak in flour. Brown well in hot oil.
  3. Place meat in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  4. Add potatoes to the meat.
  5. Sprinkle onion, parsley, salt and pepper over meat and potatoes. Cover with tomato sauce.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
