Ingredients

Cost per serving $0.30 view details
  • 1 flat baby back pork ribs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 3 tbsp. each: Aji Mirin Sweet Rice Wine and Rice Vinegar (on the Asian Foods aisle)
  • 2 tbsp. each: soy sauce and honey
  • 1 tbsp. Sriracha Hot Sauce, or to taste (on the Asian Foods aisle)
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh cilantro leaves (optional)

Directions

  1. Place ribs in a large shallow foil pan or on a large piece of heavy-duty foil and add 1/2 inch of water. Seal pan tightly with foil or fold over ends and sides of foil packet to seal, leaving room for air to circulate. Grill over medium-low heat for 1 1/2 hours or until ribs are very tender.
  2. While ribs are cooking, place remaining ingredients except cilantro in a medium saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Place ribs directly on the grill over medium heat and cook for 15 minutes or until nicely charred, turning and brushing with sauce frequently. Top with cilantro and serve with any remaining sauce
