  • 3.4 oz. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • for the rum glaze:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup white rum
