Ingredients

  • SPRING PEA GUACAMOLE
  • 1 cup fresh blanched peas or frozen thawed peas
  • 1 handful cilantro leaves
  • 2 ripe Haas avocados
  • Juice and a little zest from one lime
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper sauce (I like Frank’s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
