Ingredients

  • Maida / All purpose flour - 1 cup (200 grams)
  • Sugar - 1 cup (200 grams)
  • Milk - 150 ml
  • Butter - 1/8 cup (50 grams)
  • Eggs - 2 (At room temperature)
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp (or pineapple essence)
  • Salt - 1/8 tsp
  • Extras you will need:
  • Pressure cooker (Whistle or regulator not needed)
  • Whisk
  • Electric hand blender
  • Wooden ladle
  • 6 inch wide cake pan
