Ingredients: 2 pkg. lime Jello; 2 c. boiling water; 1/4 c. cool water; 4 T vinegar; 1 c. mayonnaise; 2 c. cottage cheese; 3 T chopped onion; 2 pkg. minced spinach, thaw, drain, and squeeze out; 2/3 c. diced celery; 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise; 3/8 c. chili sauce; 3 teaspoon horseradish; 1/4 lg. onion, minced; Tabasco sauce, if you like; 1 c. crab meat

Ingredients

2 pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. cool water
4 T vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cottage cheese
3 T chopped onion
2 pkg. minced spinach, thaw, drain, and squeeze out
2/3 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/8 c. chili sauce
3 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 lg. onion, minced
Tabasco sauce, if you like
1 c. crab meat

Directions

Dissolve Jello in hot water and add in cold water and vinegar. Add in all remaining ingredients and pour into mold.
Mix all ingredients except crab meat, together. Mix in crab meat.Serve spinach mold on lettuce and top with Crab Meat Dressing.
