Ingredients
- 2 pkg. lime Jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 4 T vinegar
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 3 T chopped onion
- 2 pkg. minced spinach, thaw, drain, and squeeze out
- 2/3 c. diced celery
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3/8 c. chili sauce
- 3 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/4 lg. onion, minced
- Tabasco sauce, if you like
- 1 c. crab meat
Directions
- Dissolve Jello in hot water and add in cold water and vinegar. Add in all remaining ingredients and pour into mold.
- Mix all ingredients except crab meat, together. Mix in crab meat.Serve spinach mold on lettuce and top with Crab Meat Dressing.
