Ingredients

  • 6 x Green Onions, Finely Minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, Finely Minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley, Finely Minced
  • 3 ounce Can Real Bacon Bits
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkt Ranch Dressing Mix, 1.04 Ounce
  • 2 pkt (10 Ounce) Spinach, Thawed And Liquid removed
  • 8 x Flour Tortillas

Directions

  1. 1. In large bowl, mix onions, cilantro, parsley, bacon bits, mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, and dressing mix.
  2. 2. Tear spinach into pcs and add in to mix; mix well.
  3. 3. Spread 1/8 of mix over each tortilla; roll up, leaving ends open.
  4. 4. Slice into bite-size pcs before serving.
  5. NOTES : These are delicious when hot. Pop into microwave to heat just before serving.
