1 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Honey
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 dsh Warm Pepper Sauce
1 dsh Cayenne Pepper
6 ounce Fresh Spinach, Leaves Torn
12 x Strawberries, Halved

Directions

In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients. In a salad bowl, toss spinach with dressing. Toss in strawberries. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
Variations:*Add in halved seedless grapes or possibly substitute them for strawberries
*Add in 1/4 c. slivered almonds
