Spinach And Strawberry Salad With Honey Dress Recipe

Ingredients

6 ounce Cleaned and trimmed fresh spinach 1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar 1 Tbsp. Rice vinegar 2 Tbsp. Water 4 tsp Honey

2 tsp Dijon mustard     Salt and pepper to taste 1 c. Thickly sliced fresh strawberries 1 sm Thinly sliced red onion

Directions

1. (This recipe is from Gail's Recipe Swap.) Tear spinach into bite sized pcs and place in salad bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together vinegars, water, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Add in to the spinach and toss lightly. Add in strawberries and onion. Toss lightly.
