2 can artichokes, diced
3 pkt frzn minced spinach, liquid removed
8 ounce cream cheese
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
6 Tbsp. lowfat milk
Â Â Fresh grnd pepper, to taste
Â Â Fresh grated Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese

Directions

Layer artichokes in oiled casserole, then place spinach over them. In mixer, combine remaining ingredients except Romano and Parmesan cheese.
Spread over spinach. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 min.
