This makes a delightful dip with corn or tortilla chips, or as a topping for enchiladas and tacos. You can also substitute ranch dressing for the sour cream (this makes a wonderful salad dressing or sandwich spread). There are many uses for this - experiment! I like to use a spoonful as a topping for soup or chilli.
Ingredients
- 1 large avacado
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 serrano peppers
- juice from 1 lime
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
- Roughly chop vegetables
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processer
- Blend until smooth
