Ingredients
- 1 lb Medium-Size Shrimp, peeled
- 1 c. Healthy Bread Crumbs (index)
- 1 c. Flour
- 4 tsp Onion Pwdr
- 2 tsp Chili Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 4 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Tangy Mustard or possibly Dijon
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375^ degrees.
- 2. Drop the shrimp into a paper bag filled with the crumbs, flour, and spices. Shake the bag to coat the shrimp, and arrange shrimp in a shallow baking pan.
- 3. Combine the butter and mustard and dribble the mix over the shrimp. Bake for 20 min.
