  • 1 lb Medium shrimp, cooked,
  • 1 x Peeled and deveined
  • 1 1/2 c. Cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 2 stalk celery, sliced (about 1 One c.)
  • 1 sm Onion, thinly sliced (about 1 1/4 c.)
  • 1 x Avocado, peeled, seeded and
  • 1 x Sliced
  • 3/4 c. Extra mild picante sauce
  • 1 x Lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Toss shrimp, tomatoes, celery, onion, avocado and picante sauce till proportionately coated. Chill at least 30 min. Serve on lettuce. Serve with additional picante sauce.
  2. Serves 4.
