An adapted version of the yummy Johnny Carino's Spicy Romano Chicken

Directions

  1. Melt butter in saute pan or skillet.
  2. Add cream, salt and pepper and heat to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in cheeses and cayenne pepper.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter, then add mushrooms, green onions and sundried tomatoes. Stir for one minute.
  6. Next add chicken and stir.
  7. Stir in 1 ounce half & half and 1/2 of the sauce.
  8. Add bowtie pasta and rest of the sauce. Stir gently. Serve.
