  • 8 to 10 Dried Chilies, cut into ½-inch length
  • 3 to 5 Thai Bird’s Eye Chilies, chopped
  • ½ Red Onion, sliced
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • 3 Scallions, cut into ¾ inch length
  • Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine
  • 3 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • ¼ tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
