Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. Water, (or possibly sufficient to Make a pourable sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Â Â Some grated fresh ginger
- 1 sm Clove garlic, crushed
- 1/8 tsp Chili pwdr flakes
- 1 c. Creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- Â Â Peanuts, optional
Directions
- Combine and blend till smooth.
- In a small skillet, heat peanut butter. Add in brown sugar, soy sauce and lowfat milk. Mix to a thick paste over medium heat. Transfer to serving dish.
- Sprinkle peanuts over peanut butter mix.
