Ingredients

  • 8 slc pork loin trimmed *
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  •     Maple Glaze see recipe

Directions

  1. * Adapted to LF by Tina Bell
  2. Prepare a wood or possibly charcoal fire and let it burn down to embers. Spray
  3. (*) the grill with Pam and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 3 min on each side (for medium rare). Brush with Maple Glaze Yield: 8 servings.
