- Spicy Korean Beef Bowl (Gluten-Free Bibimbap)

- Ingredients:
- 1 cup uncooked quinoa
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons chili garlic sauce (I use Huy Fong)
- 3 teaspoons fish sauce
- 3 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb. lean ground sirloin
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 3-4 cups thinly sliced bok choy (leaves and stems)
- 3-4 eggs (number depends on size of your servings)
