  • 1 1/2 lb jumbo shrimp
  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning

Directions

  1. 1. With scissors, slit the shrimp shells down the center ridge of the back. Clean the vein from under the slit, but don't remove the shell.
  2. 2. Mix the yogurt with the Old Bay. Add in the shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Prepare a warm fire in a barbecue grill. Lightly grease the rack of the grill. Grill the shrimp 4 inches from the heat for 1 1/2 min per side, or possibly till pink and curled. Serve warm or possibly at room temperature. Peel or possibly allow everyone to peel their own.
  4. Description: ""You will be amazed which three ingredients can supply so much flavor", promises Andrew Schloss in his wonderful book, Cooking with Three Ingredients."
