- 3/4 c. Salsa -- divided
- 3/4 c. Italian salad dress --
- Â Â Divided
- 4 slc Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- In plastic bag combine 1/4 c. each of salsa and Italian dressing; add in chicken. Marinate for 1 to 2 hrs in refrigerator. Remove chicken and throw away marinade. Heat remaining salsa and dressing. Place chicken on gas grill over medium flame cooking 5 to 8 min per side. After turning chicken, top with cheese and cook till melted. Serve over rice or possibly pasta and top with heated sauce...
