  • 1 pound medium spicy chorizo sausage
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) can Contadina tomato sauce
  • 8 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans (white kidney beans)
  • 2 tablespoons Contadina tomato paste
  • 4 cups baby kale
  • Salt and pepper to taste
