Directions

  1. Cook chicken breasts in warm sesame oil and chile garlic sauce till tender, about 5 min on each side. Remove chicken from pan and cut into strips.
  2. Add in vegetables, ginger and soy sauce to skillet. Cook till crisp tender.
  3. Return chicken strips to pan. Serve over hot pasta.
  4. Yield: 4 servings.
